Therapy for adults navigating early adulthood

Young Adults Therapy

The years between 18 and 30 are some of the most demanding of a person's life. College, career, identity, relationships, and independence all hitting at once with very little roadmap. Young adults therapy is a space to work through anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and the particular pressure of figuring out who you are and what you want while everything around you keeps moving.

Somewhere between finishing school and feeling like a fully formed adult, there is a stretch that nobody really prepares you for. The old structure is gone. The new one has not arrived yet. Young adults therapy is built for exactly that in-between.

What This Looks Like

Sessions are direct, low pressure, and built around what is actually happening in your life right now, not a generic script for someone in their twenties. The work draws on CBT, IFS, and EMDR depending on what actually fits what you bring in, combined with honest, unscripted conversation rather than a fixed program everyone goes through the same way. Most clients come weekly, at least at the start, because consistency is usually what turns insight into an actual shift.

Who This Is For

This is for people roughly 18 to 30 navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns, or the general disorientation of early adulthood. College students, recent graduates, early career professionals, and anyone in that stretch where the old map no longer fits and the new one is not clear yet. If you are functioning fine on the outside while something underneath feels unsteady or stuck, this is a space to actually work on that instead of just managing around it.
