Men's Therapy
Men's therapy provides a judgment-free space to work on anger, relationships, career stress, and emotional expression. Many men struggle silently with expectations to 'have it together.' Here, you can be honest about what's actually going on and develop healthier ways to cope, communicate, and show up in your life.
Most men don't come to therapy because everything is fine. They come because something finally got too heavy to keep carrying alone: the anger that keeps surprising them, the marriage that is quietly falling apart, the exhaustion of holding it together at work while feeling nothing at home. This is not a wellness routine. It is real, direct work on whatever is actually getting in your way.
What This Looks Like
Sessions are practical and unscripted. You do not need the right words or a clear sense of what you are feeling before you walk in. The work draws on CBT for the thought patterns behind anger and stress, EMDR for experiences that are still running in the background even though they happened years ago, IFS for the pull between the part of you that wants to open up and the part that learned not to, and psychodynamic work for understanding where a pattern actually started. Which approach we use depends on what you bring in, not a fixed protocol everyone goes through the same way.
Who This Is For
This work is for men who are tired of managing everything alone. Men whose anger has started costing them relationships they actually care about. Men who look successful from the outside and feel hollow most nights. Men navigating a divorce, a layoff, or a new baby, discovering that the coping strategies that used to work do not anymore. Men who have never been in therapy and are not sure what to expect, and men who tried it once and left convinced it was not built for someone like them. If any of that sounds familiar, this is a place to actually do something about it instead of continuing to manage around it.
